Government bars troubled airlines from halting certificates 2023

MOSCOW, Jun 14 (PRIME) -- The government has forbidden suspending the certificates of airlines in cases of an unsatisfactory financial and economic state for two quarters in a row until December 31, according to a regulation released on Wednesday.

"Suspension of operator certificates is not allowed until December 31, 2023… in case of operators finding themselves in an unsatisfactory financial and economic state for two quarters straight," the document read.
